Media Advisory/Asian Heritage Month: An Evening of Compelling Photography at Library and Archives Canada

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 8, 2009) - Library and Archives Canada in partnership with the Ottawa Asian Heritage Month Society will be hosting several Asian Heritage Month festivities in May and would like to invite the news media and the public to attend a one-night only photography slide presentation on Tuesday, May 12, 2009.

Dr. Neville Poy, O.C. and Senator Vivienne Poy will be in attendance and will also be presenting a compelling photographic show depicting urban and rural life in Bhutan, China, Hong Kong, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam. A question and answer session will follow.
