Media Advisory: Astronaut Robert Thirsk Speaks to Teachers

LONGUEUIL, QUÉBEC--(Marketwire - Jan. 18, 2012) - When he went to space for six months, Canadian Space Agency (CSA) astronaut Robert Thirsk experienced a world that few of us can truly imagine. As the keynote speaker for the Math and Science Collaboration Initiative being held at Dawson College this evening, Dr. Thirsk will share his unique experience with 100 math and science teachers. Following his presentation, he will encourage them to get students interested in careers in math and science.
