Media Advisory: Canadian and U.S. Officials to Meet for Cross-Border Crime Forum

WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 9, 2010) - The Honourable Vic Toews, Canada's Minister of Public Safety, and the Honourable Rob Nicholson, Canada's Minister of Justice, will meet with their U.S. counterparts, Attorney General Eric Holder and Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, during the 2010 Cross-Border Crime Forum (November 10, 2010).

This Forum continues joint discussions to advance a strategic dialogue on a shared vision for border security for Canada and the United States. Canada continues to work with its longtime friend and ally in a way that enhances security, and supports competitiveness, job creation and economic prosperity.
