Media Advisory: Canadian Solar Industry Head to Address Economic Club

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Dec. 6, 2006) - Solar energy is becoming a major energy source for all of Canada's major trading partners, but Canada is lagging in the development of this powerful energy resource. However, recent support by both the Ontario government and the City of Toronto has started Canada down the road to a renewable energy future. Rob McMonagle will outline a plan to develop solar energy internationally, in Ontario, and in Toronto plus outline the economic opportunities of solar power.
