Media Advisory/Canadian Space Agency: Dextre to Launch on Mission STS-123

Media Technical Briefing

LONGUEUIL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Feb. 21, 2008) - The Canadian Space Agency invites the media to attend a briefing on the upcoming launch of Dextre with mission STS-123.

Canadian space robotics experts will provide technical information on Dextre and its installation on the International Space Station. Dextre is Canada's third robotic contribution to the Station's Mobile Servicing System, which includes Canadarm2 and the mobile base.



When: Monday, February 25, 2008 at 10:30 a.m.

What: Technical briefing on Dextre followed by a question period
