Award winning Chef Jason Bangerter, recently featured in Toronto Life and Post City, will create a mouthwatering menu accompanied by his signature dish cappuccino de truffe - puréed mushroom and truffle soup with velvet shank cream and Parmesan biscuit, a favourite of the late Queen Mother. Chef Jason will be the first chef to use the State-of-art Skykitchen at Cityplace.

As a topper, Concord Adex will make a donation in the name of every media representative who attends the luncheon to the Sick Kids Foundation. The money will be used to purchase special Over Bed Warmers for the tiny newborns and premature babies in the hospital's neonatal ward.
