Media Advisory: CMA/COA to Respond to the Supreme Court of Canada Decision in the Chaoulli & Zeliotis Court Case Looking at Access to Health Care, This Thursday

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - June 8, 2005) - The Canadian Medical Association (CMA) President, Dr. Albert Schumacher, and the Canadian Orthopaedic Association (COA) Past-President, Dr. Alain Jodoin, will be available at the Supreme Court of Canada to provide preliminary comments in the Jacques Chaoulli and Georges Zeliotis v. The Attorney General of Quebec and the Attorney General of Canada court case decision.
