Media Advisory: CMA President to appear before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Health's Childhood Obesity Study

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 18, 2006) - Canadian Medical Association (CMA) President, Dr. Colin McMillan, will stress to Committee members the need for a comprehensive strategy on healthy eating and physical activity. The CMA will outline a number of specific policies and actions on how Canada can do better to address Canada's growing childhood obesity epidemic.
