Media Advisory: CMHC to Release its 2014 Second Quarter Financial Report

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Aug. 28, 2014) - CMHC will release its 2014 Second Quarter Financial Report on Friday, August 29 at 9:00 am.

The quarterly financial report includes unaudited quarterly consolidated financial statements and explanatory notes for the fiscal quarter and year-to-date and comparative information for the preceding fiscal year while also reporting on the use of appropriations. CMHC's fiscal year is the calendar year.

CMHC has published a supporting supplemental document containing a range of statistics and data on its mortgage insurance business. The supplement provides meaningful insight into CMHC's mortgage insurance operations and will provide market participants with data that will allow them to better analyze our activities in the Canadian housing market.
