GATINEAU, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Nov. 14, 2014) - Commissioner of Official Languages Graham Fraser, and Ontario's French Language Services Commissioner François Boileau will release a joint report on immigration in Francophone minority communities on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at the Desmarais Building of the University of Ottawa in Room 1201. An information briefing presenting the highlights of the report will be held at the same location at 3:05 p.m.
