Media Advisory/Competition Driving the Customer Experience in Banking: CBA President to Address Oakville Chamber

OAKVILLE, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 3, 2013) - The Canadian Bankers Association (CBA) President Terry Campbell will speak about innovation, choice and competition in banking in a keynote breakfast speech to the Oakville Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, October 9.

In his remarks, Mr. Campbell will provide an in-depth look at how banks are meeting the needs of customers' rapidly changing demands through innovation. And with more choice and competition in banking now than ever before, banks are fighting to keep their customers loyal and satisfied, in Oakville and across the country.
