Media Advisory: Corporate Teams Climb 1,776 Stairs for WWF-Canada

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 15, 2008) -

This year's Team Challenge at the Canada Life CN Tower Climb for
WWF-Canada will be the biggest one yet! Many companies, like Canada Life and FedEx, have entered numerous teams to do their part to help fight climate change and to encourage team building among their employees. Other teams have entered simply as a great way to have fun with friends and support WWF-Canada.



Who: 2,000 individuals in teams of four to seven will climb
1,776 stairs of Canada's National Tower and help WWF-Canada
fight climate change.

Interviews can be arranged with climb participants and WWF-Canada
staff

What: The 18th Annual Canada Life CN Tower Climb for WWF-Canada

Where: CN Tower (301 Front Street West, Toronto)

Media - please check in at the media table located just inside
the entrance of the CN Tower. WWF-Canada staff will be on-hand to
help you get the right shot.

When: Thursday, April 17, 2008
5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Ribbon Cutting 6:00 p.m.

Why: This is one of the few chances to climb the CN Tower. It is an
opportunity to challenge oneself and have fun with friends and
co-workers while supporting the conservation work of WWF-Canada.
It is expected that this year's climb will raise $1.2 million to
help fight climate change - the biggest environmental threat to
our planet.
