Media Advisory/CORRECTION FROM SOURCE: Federal Minister to Visit Flood Relief Efforts in Monteregie Region

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 6, 2011) - Media are advised that the Honourable Christian Paradis, Minister of Natural Resources Canada, representing the Government of Canada and representing the Honourable Peter MacKay, Minister of National Defence, will visit flood relief efforts in the Montérégie Region between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. today. The visit will begin at the Canadian Forces Domestic Task Force Command Post, at 125 Jacques-Cartier Street North, in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. There will be a media opportunity, likely to include aerial imagery of the affected region.
