HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA--(Marketwired - Aug. 10, 2016) - On behalf of the Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Canadian Heritage, Randy Boissonnault, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Canadian Heritage, will lead a round table in Halifax as part of the Cross-Canada Official Languages Consultations on Thursday. The Honourable Scott Brison, President of the Treasury Board; Darrell Samson, Member of Parliament (Sackville-Preston-Chezzetcook); and Andy Fillmore, Member of Parliament (Halifax), will accompany Mr. Boissonnault.
Media representatives will have an opportunity to take photographs at the beginning of the round table and ask Mr. Boissonnault questions during a media availability afterwards. Media representatives who wish to attend the consultations may do so as observers.
