Media Advisory: CUPE Nova Scotia to Hold 2009 Convention in Halifax

HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA--(Marketwire - April 24, 2009) - CUPE Nova Scotia will hold its 46th annual convention in Halifax, Sunday, April 26 through Wednesday, April 29 at the Holiday Inn Harbourview. Convention proceedings will get underway at 7:00 pm, April 26.

The Canadian Union of Public Employees is Canada's largest union, representing 590,000 working women and men across the country, including almost 16,000 here in Nova Scotia.
