Media Advisory: CUPE Nova Scotia to hold 53rd convention in Yarmouth


YARMOUTH, NOVA SCOTIA--(Marketwired - April 21, 2016) - CUPE Nova Scotia will hold its 53rd Convention in Yarmouth from April 24 to April 27 at the Rodd Hotel and Convention Centre.

The convention will address a number of issues of concern to the 19,000 CUPE members and their families in the province, including the recent provincial budget, privatization threats, Bill 148 and other regressive pieces of legislation from the McNeil government.
