Media Advisory: Electronic Health Records System Presentation

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 28, 2011) - At next Wednesday's Policy Engagement Series presentation on Ontario's electronic health records system, Alice Keung of ehealth Ontario and Lynne Zucker, P.Eng., of Canada Health Infoway will explore information privacy and security, and related issues such as design and implementation. Technical, regulatory and other design criteria will be discussed, along with some of the concerns that drive engineering decisions. More than 90 engineers, CEOs, policy-makers, health-care professionals, businesspeople and university faculty and students have registered.

The presentation will be held in the Great Hall (main floor), Hart House, 7 Hart House Circle, University of Toronto.
