TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 23, 2009) - Prominent Canadian businessman and Ottawa Senators owner Eugene Melnyk will make a fundraising announcement Monday on behalf of Canada's alpine ski teams.

Melnyk, a long-time supporter of amateur athletics in Canada, will be joined by Canadian alpine ski team member Jan Hudec (Calgary, AB) as well as ACA President Gary Allan during the announcement.
