Media Advisory: Exclusive Practice Session and Media Availability with Principal Skaters from Disney's High School Musical: The Ice Tour

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 5, 2008) - Disney On Ice invites media representatives to attend as the stars of Disney's High School Musical: The Ice Tour practice in preparation for their opening night performance, this Friday, March 7 at Scotiabank Place.

Disney's High School Musical: The Ice Tour stars a cast of world-class ice skaters in the roles of East High students Troy, Gabriella, Sharpay, Ryan, Chad and Taylor from High School Musical. Disney's High School Musical: The Ice Tour visits Scotiabank Place from March 7 to 9 for seven shows. Produced by Feld Entertainment, Inc., the ice tour features incredible performances set to the chart-topping tunes and signature choreography made popular by the pop culture phenomenon and Emmy Award-winning "High School Musical" films. With the ice as the dance floor, this event is an unprecedented twist on a fan favorite.

There are a limited number of tickets available to the media for the opening night performance on Friday, March 7 at 7:30 p.m. Those members of the media interested in attending the show are asked to RSVP to Chris Moore at moorec@ottawasenators.com.

Disney's High School Musical: The Ice Tour will perform seven shows over the course of three days from March 7 to 9 as follows:

Friday, March 7, 2008 at 7:30 p.m.

Saturday, March 8, 2008 at noon, 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Sunday, March 9, 2008 at noon, 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Tickets to Disney's High School Musical are $55 (rinkside seats), $40, $27, $20, and $13 for all shows. A special opening-night ticket offer of $12 is available (excluding rinkside and $40 seats) for the Friday, March 7 at 7:30 p.m. performance. Prices include all taxes but exclude CRF and convenience charges.

Groups of 15 or more will receive $5 off each ticket (excluding rinkside seats) with the exception of the performances on Saturday, March 8 at 3:30 p.m. and Sunday, March 9 at noon. For group ticket information, please call 613-599-0210 or email groupsales@scotiabankplace.com.
