MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - April 9, 2014) - AÉROPORTS DE MONTRÉAL and its partners cordially invite media representatives to take part in a travel process familiarization day organized for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) or functional limitations, accompanied by their parents. Families will be able to experience a simulated trip, starting with their arrival at the airport and up until they board an aircraft (there will be no flight).
This initiative is inspired by a similar program, "Wings for Autism," created more than three years ago by the Charles River Center in collaboration with the Massachusetts Port Authority (Logan International Airport, Boston).
RSVP MANDATORY by Friday, April 11, at 3 p.m. to 514-394-7304
Because this event is taking place in a restricted area of the terminal, media representatives are asked to arrive at the indicated time, show a press card and an ID card with photo and birthdate, and to register, failing which they will be denied access to the event.
For security reasons, photographers and camera operators will move about in groups.
