What:       Top administration officials are scheduled to address more
            than 450 city officials on Day 2 of the League's Legislative
            Action Days in Sacramento.

            Delegations of city officials will lobby their legislators on
            key issues: Prop 42 Transportation Funding, Housing,
            Protection of Redevelopment Funds
