Ambassador of goodwill to present educational program on character and active lifestyle

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 2, 2012) - Now in his 13th season with the Harlem Globetrotters, Flight Time Lang will visit Sacred Heart High School in Stittsville, Ont., on Tuesday, April 3, at 1:30 p.m.

Who: Harlem Globetrotter and two-time participant on The Amazing Race, Flight Time Lang

What: The Globetrotters' ball-handling wizard, and slam dunk and dribbling specialist, Flight Time Lang will be speaking to students about the team's "C.H.E.E.R.™ For Character" program, which focuses on the following character traits: Cooperation, Healthy mind and body, Effort, Enthusiasm and Responsibility. During his visit, Lang will incorporate the Globetrotters' signature ball-handling skills and humour into a well-balanced program designed to inform and entertain. In addition, students will be challenged to make and keep a commitment to regular physical activity and lead a more active lifestyle.
