The report, What Congress Thinks of Canada, analyzes transcribed congressional debates dating back to 2001, where the focus of discussion was Canada or Canadian policy, to glean how American policy makers view Canada in terms of energy, trade, and security relations.

A news release with additional information will be issued via Marketwire on Tuesday, May 10 at 6:30 a.m. (Eastern).

Alexander Moens, Fraser Institute senior fellow and co-author of the report card, will be in Vancouver and available for media interviews the day of the release.
