Media Advisory: Fraser Institute's Annual Ontario Elementary School Rankings Coming Sunday, March 1

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb. 27, 2015) - The Fraser Institute's Report Card on Ontario's Elementary Schools 2015, the go-to source for measuring school improvement, will be released Sunday, March 1.

The report card provides parents with information they can't easily get anywhere else. In addition to five years of academic results, the report card shows which Ontario elementary schools have improved, or fallen behind, in terms of reading, writing, and mathematics over the past five years.

A news release with additional information will be issued via Marketwired on Sunday, March 1 at 6:30 a.m. (Easterm).

School results will be published in the Toronto Sun and Ottawa Sun newspapers.

The complete results for 3,037 elementary schools will also be available at www.compareschoolrankings.org where visitors can compare schools over a five year period.

Peter Cowley, co-author of the report card, will be in Toronto and available for media interviews on Sunday March 1.
