OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 18, 2012) - His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, will deliver the welcoming remarks at the World Congress on Information Technology, on Monday, October 22, 2012, at 8:15 a.m, at the Palais des congrès de Montréal.
