Media Advisory/Halloween at Rideau Hall: Mad Science!

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 26, 2011) - Last year, the Governor General and his wife, Sharon, successfully chased away all the pirates from Rideau Hall. This year, mad scientists will be taking over the grounds!

On Halloween night, the general public is invited to trick-or-treat at Rideau Hall, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and see what is being concocted.

Trick-or-treaters will be invited to explore the "scary science experiments path" and visit the laboratories of Halloween Biology 101, Daunting Mathematics, Slimy Chemistry and Frankenstein Physics.

In addition to these chilling experiments and a few other surprises, our Rideau Hall staff will be on hand to distribute goodies to visitors of all ages.
