HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA--(Marketwire - March 14, 2011) - The Honourable Ted Menzies, Minister of State (Finance), will be at Saint Mary's University on Tuesday, March 15, to view the progress of the construction at the McNally Building and to officially celebrate the completion of several phases of a major infrastructure project that received funding under the Harper Government's Knowledge Infrastructure Program.
