OSHAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 17, 2011) - The Honourable Jim Flaherty, Minister of Finance, and Colin Carrie, Member of Parliament for Oshawa, will be at Durham College's Oshawa campus on Friday, March 18, to officially open the new Student Services building, a major infrastructure project that received funding under the Harper Government's Knowledge Infrastructure Program.
