OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 26, 2007) - The Honourable Tony Clement, Minister of Health, and Minister for the Federal Economic Development Initiative for Northern Ontario will be participating in health-centred meetings in Beijing, China on November 27th.

The Minister will be participating in and providing remarks at the International High Level Food Safety Forum, the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), and the Official launch of the Canada-China Joint Committee on Health.

The Minister will be available to answer questions from the media following his remarks.
