NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - May 24, 2010) -  Michael V. Kaplen, Esq., a nationally recognized legal expert on traumatic brain injury, will be available in New York on Monday, May 24th, at the House Judiciary Football Hearings to discuss legal issues related to concussions and sports.

Kaplen serves as Chair of the New York State Traumatic Bain Injury Services Coordinating Council and is the immediate three term past President of the Brain Injury Association of New York State. Michael Kaplen's legal practice concentrates on representing victims of brain trauma and he has served as Chair of the American Association for Justice, Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group and is Vice President-elect of the New York State Trial Lawyers Academy.
