Media Advisory: Hundreds to rally against provincial cuts to public services

WINDSOR, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 23, 2012) - Hundreds are expected at noon hour Thursday in Charles Clark Square calling for an end to government cuts to public services, cuts that will drive up unemployment in communities like Windsor.

"The premier must change his course, because Ontarians deserve better."

The Rally is sponsored by the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Ontario, whose members, front-line public service workers from across the province, are in Windsor this week for their annual Convention. They will be joined at the rally by members of several unions and community groups.
