OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb. 18, 2014) - Industry Minister James Moore will announce the 700 MHz spectrum auction results. A lock-up will be provided for accredited media, followed by a statement from the Minister. The Minister will be available to take questions from journalists following his remarks.

Media lock-up details:
Media are asked to confirm their attendance in advance of the lock-up by calling Industry Canada Media Relations at 613-943-2502 or 1-800-328-6189.
Accredited media will be required to sign an undertaking upfront to respect the release
arrangements. Once the media lock-up has begun, no one will be allowed to leave the room or contact his or her media organization until the lock-up has ended and the Minister begins his statement. Please note, a Wi-Fi wireless connection will not be available.
Wireless communication devices such as cellular phones, iPhones, BlackBerrys, personal digital assistants or any other removable wireless communication devices (including modems, air cards and wireless microphones) will not be allowed in the lock-up area. Devices will be collected by officials at registration and returned at the end of the lock-up.
