VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 9, 2011) - Jack Layton, leader of the New Democratic Party and of the official opposition, will speak to the 26th Constitutional Convention of the Canadian Labour Congress in Vancouver on Wednesday, May 11 at 12 noon.

The CLC convention is occurring May 9-13 at the Vancouver Convention Centre, East Building, 999 Canada Place. Layton will speak in Exhibit Halls A, B & C, on the Main Level.
