MEDIA ADVISORY: Kid-Friendly Airplane Vinny Lands at New Home at Van Nuys Airport

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - February 24, 2009) -

WHAT: Valley second-graders will get the very first look at "Vinny's
Hangout" -- the newly finished permanent home of Van Nuys Airport's
(VNY) mascot and Los Angeles' first completely kid-proof,
kid-friendly educational airplane. The Hangout features an
aviation-themed, large-scale mural that local students previously
        helped create.

After the unveiling, the students will have the opportunity to get
up close and personal with Vinny, and tour the entire airport to
learn more about the exciting world of aviation.

With Vinny in a new home, kids and adults once again can visit him
and explore the aircraft in a safe, friendly, hands-on learning
environment during VNY's FREE tours, which offer a captivating
journey through aviation past and present at one of America's
        busiest general aviation airports.

        Visuals:
-- Kids playing with and learning about all of the labeled
