PALMDALE, CA--(Marketwire - September 20, 2007) -

What:      Salute to Youth: the Career Connection is an Antelope
           Valley/High Desert event to help high school juniors and
           seniors explore career options.

           Hands-on exhibits and displays provide information about entry,
           technical, and professional level career opportunities,
           career-technical schools, colleges, and the military.

When:      Friday, September 21
           Opening Ceremony: 9:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Where:     Site 9, Ave P and 30th Street East, Palmdale
           Adjacent to LA/Palmdale Regional Airport

Who:       Approximately 2,500 local high school students.

           Local business, industry, government and community volunteers
           provide career exhibits and/or demonstrations in the following
           career pathways: aerospace/aviation, arts/media/communications,
           agriculture, environment and natural resources, business,
           consumer family science (hospitality/tourism/education), health
           care, industrial technology, information technology, and
           law/government/public services.

Visuals:   High school students seeking career information. Military
           aircraft, sheriff, police, and fire department rescue

           Military aircraft on display including the B-2, F-118, F18,
           F16, Global Hawk and others.
