HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 28, 2011) - Nova Scotia Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal Bill Estabrooks, Justice Minister and Attorney General Ross Landry and Halifax Police Chief Frank Beazley join MADD Canada in Halifax on Tuesday to launch the 24th annual Project Red Ribbon Campaign to promote sober driving throughout the holiday season.
