Media Advisory: Media Invited to Participate in News Teleconference with Federal Fisheries Minister Gail Shea and Seafood Industry Representatives at 2014 Seafood Expo North America

BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS--(Marketwired - March 17, 2014) - A delegation of Canadian seafood industry companies and organizations will join the Honourable Gail Shea, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, on a business mission to the 2014 Seafood Expo North America, held this year from March 16-18 in Boston, Massachusetts.

Media are invited to participate by phone for a teleconference with Minister Shea and several of the Canadian seafood companies and organizations that will be attending the Expo.

Minister Shea will be joined by representatives from Royal Star Foods (Prince Edward Island), Clearwater (Nova Scotia), Ocean Choice International (Newfoundland and Labrador) and True North Salmon (New Brunswick), Quebec Fish Processors Association (Quebec), and Creative Salmon (British Columbia).

Minister Shea and Canadian seafood companies will be available to answer questions about new developments for their organizations, as well as their business objectives and benefits from participating in the Expo.
