TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb. 19, 2016) - At 1:30 p.m. this afternoon, Friday, February 19, Local 79 of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE 79) will open a media room for news outlets covering the current collective bargaining between the union and the City of Toronto.
Throughout the day, Local 79 leadership and staff will be periodically available to update media on the status of collective bargaining.
The media room will be located at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel, located at 123 Queen Street West, in the Gallery Room, which is located on the Lobby Level.
