Media Advisory: Minister Bains in Toronto to Highlight Government of Canada's Efforts to Support Innovation

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 28, 2016) - The Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, will be in Toronto tomorrow to deliver a keynote address to the Empire Club of Canada. The Minister will provide an update on the Government of Canada's continued efforts to engage Canadians on the development of the Innovation Agenda.

Following this lunchtime address, the Minister will attend the National Youth Leadership and Innovation Strategy Summit at the MaRS Discovery District, where he will be the featured guest for a conversation on the role of youth in driving Canadian innovation.
