Media Advisory: Minister Blackburn to Join Students in Halifax to Honour our Veterans

HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 8, 2010) - The Honourable Jean-Pierre Blackburn, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Minister of State (Agriculture), will join staff and students of St. Mary's Elementary school in Halifax to pay tribute to our Veterans by placing Canadian flags on Veterans' graves at the Fort Massey Cemetery. A pre-ceremony assembly will be held at the school before proceeding to the Fort Massey Cemetery.
