Media Advisory: Minister Joly Marks the Beginning of the Canada 150 Countdown


GATINEAU, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Aug. 2, 2016) - The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Canadian Heritage, will be in Gatineau on Thursday to mark the start of the 150-day countdown to the year-long celebration of the 150th anniversary of Confederation. She will inform Canadians that a series of activities will be held over the next 150 days to build excitement and showcase Canada 150 activities in all parts of the country. Minister Joly will be joined by Julie Nesrallah from CBC/Radio-Canada.
