SURREY, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 3, 2011) - The Honourable James Moore, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, will officially open Simon Fraser University's newly expanded Surrey campus tomorrow. Federal funding for the expansion of the facilities was delivered through the Government of Canada's Knowledge Infrastructure Program.
