OTTERBURNE, MANITOBA--(Marketwire - Oct. 27, 2011) - The Honourable Vic Toews, Minister of Public Safety and Member of Parliament for Provencher, will be at Providence University College on Friday to tour the recently completed wind power and distance education facilities. Federal funding for the two projects was delivered through the Government of Canada's Knowledge Infrastructure Program.
