What: On April 22, 2016 at The Good Samaritan Society Corporate Office in Edmonton, The Good Samaritan Society Seniors' Clinic will officially celebrate their grand re-opening. This event will be attended by the Seniors' Clinic patients, doctors, funding partners as well as government representatives including The Honourable Lori Sigurdson, Minister of Seniors and Housing and His Worship Don Iveson, Mayor of Edmonton. Minister Sigurdson and Mayor Iveson will speak at the ceremony.

Event Background:

The Seniors' Clinic provides both primary care and consultative services to the vulnerable, community senior population with complex medical, functional and/or psychosocial needs. The clinic team (Physicians, Social Worker, Nurse Practitioner, and Nurses) offers specialized seniors care with the goal of supporting seniors to remain at home or in their community for as long as possible. New patients can be referred to the clinic by anyone including themselves or family members.
