TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 7, 2011) - The Ontario Energy Association will release a policy paper, entitled A Blueprint for Energy Policy in Ontario, that makes 12 key recommendations for developing sound energy policy. The Blueprint is intended as non-partisan advice on energy policy to all political parties seeking to form the government of Ontario after the October 2011 election.
