Media Advisory: Ontario Ombudsman to Provide Update on Investigation Into Billing and Customer Service at Hydro One - March 11

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - March 10, 2015) - Ontario Ombudsman André Marin will provide an update on his latest investigation into billing and customer service at Hydro One on Wednesday, March 11 - at a news conference at 1 p.m. in the Queen's Park Media Studio.

The update is in response to strong interest from complainants, Hydro One customers, and public officials. A full report and recommendations will be released this spring once the investigation is complete.
