MEDIA ADVISORY: Ontario Ombudsman to release report on Toronto school busing issues -- August 10


TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - August 01, 2017) - Ontario Ombudsman Paul Dubé will release a report on his first systemic investigation related to school boards on Thursday, August 10 -- at a news conference at 11 a.m. in the Queen's Park Media Studio.

The Ombudsman will deliver findings and recommendations on his Office's investigation into the Toronto District and Toronto Catholic District school boards' oversight of student transportation and their response to delays and disruptions at the start of the 2016-2017 school year.

Copies of the Ombudsman's report will be available to journalists in advance -- under embargo until the news conference -- from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. in Committee Room 1.
