WINDSOR, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 14, 2005) - On Monday, October 17, the Honourable Joe Fontana, Minister of Labour and Housing, and the Honourable Jerry Pickard, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Industry, on behalf of the Honourable David L. Emerson, Minister of Industry, will participate in a ceremony to celebrate the opening of International Truck and Engine Corporation Canada's new research facility in partnership with the University of Windsor.
