Notes to Editor/News Director

Media representatives planning to go to the airport are kindly requested to inform the public affairs officer as soon as possible by email. Should no reporter express interest to be present at the greeting of the troops, members of the Public Affairs team won't be present at the terminal. In such case, media representatives will have to approach returning troops and their families by themselves to obtain interviews.

Considering the early arrival time of the flight, pictures of the reception of troops with their loved ones will be made available to reporters wishing to cover this homecoming without having to travel to the Airport. Photos will be available on August 29 early in the morning through the following website Flickr:

Members of the media wishing to attend this event are invited to verify for any delay of flight 4180 of the Royal Canadian Air Force by visiting the website of the Jean Lesage International Airport at
