OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 10, 2013) - The Ottawa Senators Foundation and the Boys & Girls Club of Ottawa will host a news conference on Wednesday, Dec. 11, at 4:30 p.m. to make a significant announcement regarding a new partnership. The announcement will mark the first significant multi-year financial contribution the foundation plans to make in the area of social recreation in the region.
This new partnership will empower thousands of children and youth to reach their full potential by enabling them to participate in after school sports and leadership activities focused on promoting both physical and mental wellness.
Who: Ottawa Senators Foundation president and CEO Danielle Robinson, Boys & Girls Club of Ottawa executive director Colleen Mooney, a group of local youth from the Boys & Girls Club of Ottawa and Spartacat, the Senators' ambassador of fun.
